Staff Roles and Responsibilities

Leadership Team

Directors – Shavaun Andreou + Emily Hargreaves

Executive Officer – Lledo Mustieles

Hola! my name is Lledo. I hold a diploma in Early Childhood education, and I previously worked as a lead educator for 8 years, first in Sydney and then in Canberra. I also studied a bachelor’s degree in English philology back in Spain.

I love working at Aranda Afters because I can apply my organisational skills on the administrative side of the education sector and at the same time interact with the children (my favourite thing to do is picking the kindies up). I enjoy helping children value and appreciate nature, but cultural diversity is also very important for me.

I am a bird passionate and in my free time I love hiking, going camping, cooking (as a good Mediterranean) and listening to metal, rock and punk music.

Educational Leader – Zaria Anderson

Hello! I’m Zaria, the Educational Leader at Aranda Afters.

I previously studied and worked within Early Education before transiting to school age care. I am currently completing a Bachelor of Primary Education at the University of Canberra and love that I now get the opportunity to apply all my educational knowledge here at Aranda Afters.

I am so lucky to be a part of the Aranda Afters Leadership Team and love spending time with all our amazing educators and children every afternoon.

ASC Coordinator – Angelica Sneider

Hi my name is Angelica. I’m a Program Coordinator here at Afters. I have been an educator at Afters since the start of 2019.

I have been very fortunate to be offered the position of After School Care Program Coordinator and have so many ideas to make the program the best it can possibly be.

I am so lucky to be working with so many amazing children at the service and can’t wait to see what is to come with my time at Aranda Afters.

I am currently in my second year of my Primary Education Bachelor Degree at University of Canberra and hope to bring all my educational knowledge to the service. Out of working at Afters and Uni I love to play my guitar and bring out musical side!

I started working as an educator at Afters in early 2019 and have loved every minute of it.

In 2021, I was lucky enough to be offered the position of School Vacation Care (SVC) Coordinator, which has allowed me to show my creative side when planning fun activities for the kids.

As well as working at Afters, I’m also a full time student, studying a Bachelor of Laws/Arts at the University of Canberra. In my spare time I enjoy reading and collecting fun earrings!
